  1. ROM-1: range of motion (degrees) when first perceived symptoms in the affected leg
  2. ROM-2: range of motion (degrees) when first perceived symptoms in the asymptomatic leg
  3. 1 = reduced ROM: smaller ROM in the affected leg with a difference of 4 degrees or more
  4. NPRS-1: level of pain at end range of motion in the affected leg
  5. NPRS-2: level of pain at end range of motion in the asymptomatic leg
  6. 1 = stronger pain: the level of pain in the affected leg was 1 or more on NPRS
  7. Area-1: patients reported pain or discomfort in different areas in the affected leg
  8. Area-2: patients reported pain or discomfort in different areas in the asymptomatic leg
  9. (1 = knee, 2 = thigh, 3 = groin/hip, 4 = back, 5 = knee + 1 area, 6 = knee + 2 areas, 7 = other areas, not knee)
  10. 1 = knee pain: reproductions of symptoms involving knee pain in the affected leg (including 1, 5 or 6)
  11. Structural differentiation positive
  12. Yes =1
  13. Leg-1: affected leg
  14. Leg-2: asymptomatic leg
  15. FST-sum: all patients who scored 3 or 4
